1. Purpose
Proxijob is a business-discovery platform for jobs and internships, with AI matching and spontaneous applications. Some features (Boost, Sponsor, Premium) are paid.
2. Registration
Account creation is free. You must be at least 15 years old (or have a legal representative's consent). Information provided must be accurate and current.
3. Acceptable use
- You may not impersonate a business you do not represent (see "Owner Claim").
- No illegal, defamatory, discriminatory or misleading content.
- No massive automated scraping.
- One application = one real intent. Massive identical sends may be blocked.
4. Content and IP
You keep ownership of your CV, cover letters and photos. You grant us a free non-exclusive license to display them within the service. Logos and trademarks remain the property of their companies.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments via Stripe. Subscriptions (Sponsor, Premium) are monthly auto-renewing, cancellable anytime from your dashboard. The 7-day Boost is a one-time non-refundable payment once activated.
6. Owner claim
We verify the business contact email. If the email domain matches the website, the page is auto-attributed. Otherwise an administrator validates manually. False claims lead to immediate suspension.
7. Termination
You may delete your account anytime (Profile → Delete). We may suspend an account in case of TOS violation, with reasonable notice except in emergencies.
8. Liability
Proxijob is an intermediary. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes. Hiring decisions remain the exclusive responsibility of the company and the candidate.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts after attempting amicable resolution.
